Historic Bristol Day House Tours & Tea

Step inside history during one of Historic Bristol Day’s most cherished traditions — the House Tours.  Each year a special collection of Bristol Borough’s historic homes opens their doors to the public, offering a rare opportunity to experience the architecture, craftsmanship, and stories that have shaped this riverfront town for generations.

From beautifully preserved colonial homes to elegant Victorian residences, the House Tours highlight the rich character and charm that make Bristol one of Bucks County’s most historic communities.  Visitors will explore unique interiors, period details, and carefully restored spaces while learning about the people and moments in history connected to these remarkable homes.

Guests are also invited to enjoy Tea on the South Lawn of the Grundy Library, overlooking the beautiful Delaware River.  Set on the historic grounds of the Grundy estate, the tea offers a relaxing moment during the day’s festivities with one of the most scenic views in Bristol Borough.

The homes featured on this year’s tour will be announced as the event approaches.  Be sure to check back often for updates as additional homes and special historic highlights are confirmed.

Advance tickets for the House Tours & Tea will be available here closer to the event.  Join us for an unforgettable Historic Bristol Day experience celebrating the architecture, history, and hospitality that define Bristol Borough.
